pause behavior help

Hey guys, I don't know if this is me or a bug. but I have it set that when touch is pressed an actor is spawned in where the touch occurs. That touch is supposed to be like a finer so your finger can then collide with another actor. The problem is that when I use the pause behavior to pause the game right when the level starts, and then unpause it, the touch doesn't do anything. if I wait a few seconds for the level to progress, then it works fine. any thoughts? Thanks.
