Firing object in right direction

I want to shoot an object/missile forward, but I can't get right. My rule for shooter is spawn actor, layer: in back of actor, direction: 90, relative to scene. My object/missile has change velocity, direction: 90, relative to scene. But in moves backwards against the wall and stays there. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

I know this is a bit of a silly question, but you didn't mention that you have set a speed on the bullet's 'Change Velocity' attribute; Have you set a speed value?
