Scrolling around game while making it

Hey this is gonna sound stupid, but how do I make my game let me scroll around to see the entire thing. Like if I have an actor 1000•400 and want to be able to move to see the other end of it how do i make it scrollable just while i'm editing it? As soon as it gets past the gray I can't go any further no matter how big i make my actor?

You have to make the scene bigger in the scene attributes and then you will have scroll bars to move it around.
