Swipe finger to change camera?

Ok so I have one image that is 960 pixels wide. Half is one screen and the other half is credits. I want to make it so the player can swipe across the screen and the camera will shift back an forth! Is this possible?

    I looked at it! I'm a little confused! Are there supposed to be no behaviors just like a few game attributes and three actors with just a few things changed?

    confused about what you just said, but you have the camera follow an actor. and how does the camera move is just how that "camera actor" moves.
