Actor help

Hi, I have a little issue in my game that I cannot solve.

However in HTML5 preview the problem doesn't exist! It's very weird -

When I click on a actor to spawn a Ball, another actor in the scene starts moving down 1px a second! And if i delete the ball actor the other actor and the one that goes down by 1px just fall out of the scene ?! Been driving be crazy any ideas!?

Only happens if I spawn something from the spawn actor -

Even if it only has a spawn rule on any actor (even with no rules)

And the spawns the faster the other actor stays going down!
