Too late for Independence Resolution

I forgot to click indep. resolution at the beginning of my project but all of my images are compatible so if I check it now, will it be ok or is it too late?

I don't think you're too late - IR only kicks in on Adhoc/App store builds I think - so you should be fine to check that little box now
