Composer Needed

Looking for a composer for a project in the making, if anybody has any experience with such or can recommend one would be extremely helpful.

Music I'm looking for needs to have that cartoony sound, almost like cut the rope but just slightly less cheery, for reference you can download ' a monster ate my homework ' from the appstore (free ) the music in that game is sort of what I'm aiming for.

btw what's the tool the pro's use? Just garageband? I own almost the entire cs5, one of those apps?

best way is with garageband, use the apple loops tool they make everything easy
