How to know when GS viewer is crashing and when game is crashing

Does the GS Viewer Crash a lot or is it just that i am not optimizing my game very well?

    Update:It seems like it is the gameviewer because when i go to install it on the gameviewer it works fine but when i go back to it it seems to crash more often. Anyone else having this issue?
