If I buy from the marketplace and create a game can I sell that game on the iPhone app store with no problems?

    Hi yunior22, no problems, that's right. You are buying the rights to use the images in a GS app; you won't own them though, although I'm sure you realise that. The only thing is: other people might buy the same images as you from the Marketplace, to use in their apps too, so as long as you're aware of that, then all's fine. :-)

    Something else to keep in mind with the marketplace is they are selling you the rights to use it in a published game. I don't think you get the rights to distribute that art in Say a complete game you are selling the rights to a game or including the artwork in a template. If you plan on those purposes you should definitely get clarification on the rights you have.
