I thinking about it to build a site with free templates and other GS content from everyone who would giveaway templates to other GS users!
What do you think about it?

Well for everyone giving away free template they can upload their free template to GameSalad and make it downloadable. So I think its best for that to remain the place for people to really find everything free available for download.
