Will not advance to next stage

Hi all,

I have a weird issue. When testing in gamesalad, I can click 'star' and advance to level select stage. When I use game salad viewer it hangs. I get the wheel for ever and it just hangs. Tested on iPad and iPhone.

What are common issues that will cause this?

    My game is 100% ready for app store. This bug is the only thing preventing submission and I can't find the reason it won't advance on device :(
