Camera controll?

In a scene there is a border around the sqaure in the middle. Is this border outside the box a place the touch won´t work? Do I have to adjust the camera and remove the borders to make the whole scene to be toucheable on the iphone? Or what is the camera for?

So unless I add the Controll camera behavior to a scene, the border does´nt matter? I should pay any attention to it?

That is correct. The whole scene is touchable without using a control camera behavior. If you don't need to move the camera, you do not need to use a control camera behavior in your game.
