How do I pause my game and start again?

Hello gamesalad follks,

I am trying to add a pause button to my game and when it is pressed the game pauses, but also changes the pause image to a play image so that when they press play the game starts up again. Any help would be great thanks.

There's both of those behaviors just test it out and you'll know what to do depending on your situation
