I think there is enough 'making things in the style of', and both environments are the product of intensive work by their creators and should be respected. Comparative ads are largely negative. Better to just get on with 'raising our game' as developers.

While Apple did this in a 'subtle' way I don't like this kind of advertising either.
It is a weak way to say something else is bad.
As if you don't have enough strong points for yourself.
