1) There were some hiccups on the server for publishing related to the free Global Game Jam Desktop Publishing weekend. Those should be all out of the way, but I'll keep an eye out on the server for more problems.

2) We're hard at work on a patch release for a number of 0.8.0 problems. Thanks for your patience!

    Do you think you can quickly add 768x1024 version for iPad portrait mode in 0.8.1?

    Yea, we appreciate it. Besides the few problems I got a lot out of the patch. My FPS basically doubled. So, I can wait a day or two to have a few bugs squashed!

    Frankly I'm amazed this doesn't happen more often! And what an update to look forward to! I might finally be able to get some Bullet B****e in my shooters!

    You realise that if you get some form of online stuff into the next update - be it facebook, twitter or online high scores - that along with saving you'll have put the common man and woman in a position to challenge the professionals.

    And not just on iPhone either - on iPad (for launch, potentially!) and Mac too, along with the usual web stuff.

    Seriously amazing stuff! Congrats and thank you so much!

    As an aside, your thread title scared me a little as it reminded me of the old Twilight Zone episode 'To serve man'.

    You guys are great I really admire the work you do!
    My frame rate increased dramatically!
    But everything else figuratively "died"

    Does the new resolution in .8 mean that GS will support the higher res for the iPad? If so, man was that fast!

    Gamesalad is a fantastic platform. Despite the occasional frustrations (and the ongoing ones) it's still a great thing.

    I have been having camera problems with 8.1, whenever I tell the camera to follow a ball it snaps to another ball.
