Help, web publishing taking forever

so today I am publishing my game to the web so i am on the last step and i hit accept.
So now I have been waiting for about 2 hours and its still on creating a page on gamesalad.com.
How long does it take to do normally publish to a web.

Oh yah and subscribing doesn't work.

    it depends how big the app is because it took me 10 minutes once and 1 the other time because one was small and one was bigger. try publishing it again if it is not working still

    i hope it works can't wait to see it out

    My app is about 20 megabytes and i tried publishing a template and that took about 20 minutes after i gave up. I think the server is clogged so I'm going to try again at 5:00 AM

    Okay, i was to lazy to wake up at 5:00 and now att 11:52, its still been at creating page on gamesalad for half an hour

    Okay now its been two hours again what should i do.
    I'm just going to leave it for a few hours and see what happened!

    I finished typing it in on the contact us page and then hit submit and it said that the page didn't exist. Is gamesalad trying to lose customers!

    try a different browser, redownload gamesalad you know try those type of things, i dont know exactly how it works because i have never published to the web.

    I contacted GameSalad and they didn't seem to have heard of it before. The odd thing is if you create a new project from one of the templates and publish that it will work fine. They said they would contact me when they have found the cause of the problem, that was a couple of days ago.
