Quick job for someone who knows css (paid)

Hi everyone, I have a quick job for someone to do. I have bought a website but I have no idea how to program with css. Basically I want to have some sort of sliding image so that, when a user clicks an icon of my game, the image related to that game slides on. It's quite hard to explain, but I am sure it is a 10 minute job for someone who is good at css.
