What's the size of my app?

I have searched the forums, and i haven't found any usefull.

The gamesalad editor shows the app is 18mb but when i inspect the gamesalad file it is 19.5 mb
and when i publish, the zipped file is 23 mb

so what will the size of the app be on the app store?? Im confused.
(i wan't the size to be below 20mb)
