Touch Arcade covered this game a couple days back because there is a clone of it in the app store. I had already bought the clone before I new that it was a rip off.

For a really awesome MEtroidvania Puzzle Platformer with an epic concept and setting, play "Escape from Puppy Death Factory" on armorgames.com/play/12210/escape-from-puppy-death-factory .

You play as Laika, the famous space-dog, as she returns to Earth to track a distress bark from the ruined planet below... (anyone feeling the intense Metroid homage) in her spaceship the MUTTNIK (its even more intense!). Using your swapgun, a device that allows you to immediately switch locations with another object, solve fiendish puzzles in an attempt to rescue them all, and uncover a sinister plot that IS NOT, surprisingly, given away by the title.

Now does that NOT sound awesome?

i like how it incorperates the game effect where the game gives the player the benifit of the doubt in most instances, yet the game is still challenging
