Screen shots missing on the ApStore!! Please Help!

Hi all,

I updated some screen shots for my app and they have all disappeared from the app store. They still show in iTunes connect though..... I have spoken to the apple developer support team but they just said wait for the iTunes connect team to get to me... That could be over a week away. I can't have an app with no screen shots for a week!

Does anyone have any ideas. I have tried to swap them around then back again. I have just deleted all but one, am going to wait an hour then upload the rest. Then I am going to try a binary update...

I'm absolutely gutted as I have been awake every second sent to me trying to promote the app, spent some money on marketing and it will all be undone as one of the most important features that sells an app is its screen shots.....

the only thing you can do is talk to apple. i would also remove all images and reload them.

As Jon said, remove them all and reload them again.
This happened to me once and after the 8th try (remove and reload) it got fixed.

Thanks. I tried to remove them all and save but you have to have at least one screen shot. I did this and left it. I then had one screen shot after about 30mins. I then uploaded the rest of the images about 1hr ago and they are not up yet.... I might have to try again. It just makes me so nervous that they could all go again!

It happend sometimes with others all you have to do is reupload your all screenshot. And contact apple support again and again. Otherwise it affects your sales. Good luck

Thanks for all your posts guys. I finally left it and went to bed after a very long day. Woke up and they were all there. That whole episode really panicked me! (could you tell?)

It seems that whole system is a little twitchy....
