How to create a scene that follows an actor off Screen.

I need help I need to a scene that follows an actor off screen. Just like in cut the rope. When the actor goes off screen it will load a new background. I have a long ass jpg that I need to have an actor navigate. Can someone post or e-mail me how this can be done.
