If you cant take the time to build an online portfolio somewhere you're obviously not serious. Get an art portfolio online, get some youtube videos showing your trailer creations, some of your level designs, some of the kind of things you could do in GS, show people some content or for fear of scamming or poor quality services, people will not hire you. Just the marketplaces here are very competitive now and a huge variety for people to chose from, people wont go to the effort of emailing you etc without examples when the next person offering the same services shows their work online for all to see easily ... if they're good, they'll get the job.
