How do I get the money?

I am about to publish my first game when it hit me?

How will I receive the money my game makes?
Do I get a check in the mail from apple? Or do I have to give my paypal account.
And does apple take a share of the money?

Also, people on these forums always say that if you send the money to their paypal account, they'll give you the item their selling. But how do you know what their paypal account even is?

Apple does take a share, they keep 30%. The other 70% is yours

And in your developer account with Apple you must have determined a bank account to which Apple will deposit.

Well, If someone hires you through the forums then that doesn't have anything to do with Apple or the App Store, so Apple evidently doesn't get any percent out of that

And the way to send money through Paypal is using an e-mail address. If you open an account in Paypal then your e-mail is paired with it. So, you mail IS your "account number". The only thing your employer needs to know is that mail and the money will go right into your pocket.
