Sous Chefs?

First off, I didn't know what category to put this under, so it's cool if you guys move it around. Second, I'm just curious how you Sous Chefs, became them. Like how does GameSalad pick who becomes Sous Chefs? I'm not trying to become one, I'm just curious!

    Basically, you have to have some sort of super-human power to be noticed by the GameSalad team. I, for instance, am able to change the colour of my eyes at will. I also have an extraordinary ability in as much as however much money I have, with the merest blink of those ever-changing eyes, it will be gone.
