How to publish for free?

Okay I just released my first game, I wanted to make it free but it never asked for what price I wanted to release it for. so is it going to make it free or charge?

    If your game is for iOS, log into itunes connect
    click on "manage your applications"
    click on your game
    click on "rights and pricing"
    click on "price tier"

    Free is the first option.
