    Just had some bad luck and false hope with GS so took a bit of a holiday, just trying to get motivated again.

    How's your Apps going matey?

    Thanks for asking; my first app (Logic Puzzler) is due out in October now, followed by my surreal interactive multimedia app; then either my platform game or Ancient Ones: Discovery (point and click).

    I've planning on getting all of my 5 apps in the pipeline finished within a year and a half/two years, fingers crossed.

    I've been getting my website together (at long last) and will be posting a link to it within the next hour or so, hopefully (as long as a dodgy loading page of it doesn't play up again...)

    Keep at it with GS, Brian; don't lose the faith! Perhaps the break away from it did you good; helped recharge your creative batteries.

    Thanks mate! And good to see! I will check out the site when I see it :)

    I didn't really run out of creativity, I just got so obsessed with it and blew so much money it stressed me out and someone said they'd help me publish and I was keen and ready to roll then they dropped contact and it just totally did my head in.

    I did try publishing one of my apps "As Is" but it never appeared on the app store so I dunno what I did wrong, but such is life eh. ; )

    What happened? I was gonna help you publish, but I never heard back from you after I said I could help you. You know the email getting through issues we seem to have...

    Glad to see you're coming back to the community. If you still want/need to publish, lets set up a specific time tonight or whenever, and I'll help you. You need to get those apps out!

    Hello mate, yeah they just released a new version and subsequent bug fix. So now there's access to the system clock and a keyboard too. Next couple of months should be good for updates too: http://gamesalad.com/forums/topic.php?id=30401

    I think the least painful approach to the app store is to try and concentrate on the good stuff - the joy of creating and satisfaction that it brings. We may try and do all the marketing stuff as best we can and try and build sales. But things take time to develop. So if things don't work out quickly but take few years... well if we concentrate on becoming great game developers then everything else should follow if we have enough talent and persistence. That's my viewpoint anyway.

    Have you seen the new roadmap for September/October? Pretty awesome.
    Hang in there Oz, I understand what you are talking about. I almost threw my iPhone out a couple of times just today LOL! All is well now ;)

    My app is going well. We clocked in at over 3000 frames of animation, and we are just putting in sounds right now. Doing tons of Bug testing. Game is pretty solid, but we are looking for that sweet spot.
