GameCenter Multiple leaderboard display

I just tested out 9.7.1 gamecenter and it still doesn't allow me access to go from one leaderboard to the next with the button that isn't showing up to the top left that shows all leaderboards is anyone else experiencing thing. Thanks

    Yes me also. I have a leader board button and it tells me unable to connect
