EULA ???

So I have to have an end user license agreement according to apple. Where does it get placed. Because when I look at some apps I don't see one on iTunes nor on their support site

    If you don't include your own EULA they use a generic one for you, so unless you're doing something special (like releasing your app as open source under the GNU Public License or something) you just skip that step and you use a generic EULA that basically says "blah blah you can't reverse engineer this, blah blah you can't pirate this". Personally I think EULA's are stupid :).

    Thanks! As I don't see much of them on any apps. I just don't want somebody to say my app told them to kill someone and blame me.
