What's the best way to Pause a game in GS
I was checking out the pause feature which seems to just load another scene.. i tried it out but it seems like while it did freeze the game nicely coming out.. going back resulted in some nasty trailer effects and my spawner stopped working beyond the objects it had spawned when i went to resume..
i did a pretty bare bones attempt.. button to "pause" and on that scene a button to "resume" taking the player back to the game scene. any advise? maybe a better way?
I tried a preliminary non-pause behavior approach.. where i tried to load an attribute to a temp attribute.. then blanking out the speed to 0.. then try and recall that info when resuming.. but from my debugging.. it seemed like it wouldn't push the value from one to the other..
