Preserve scene prob on 8.1 iphone viewer

It seems that in 8.1 the preserve scene function doesn't work when testing on iphone but it works fine in the regular viewer. There are two instances in my game... one where it goes to an instructions menu and won't exit to the main menu. Also a change level option where it is supposed to go back to the level select wont work on iphone. Anyone else getting this?
