Hi, I have a fast question. If I have an application, close it, and then open it after a long time, will I still be brought back to exactly where I left off? (I have noticed some apps bring me back to a main menu.)
Thanks! :)

That is a great question. I'm not sure exactly how GS does it, but from my experience, my games come back exactly where they left off... unless of course i actually close the background running app.. however someone else might be able to provide a much more nuts and bolts answer.. My answer to your question is Yes.. and to my recollection any other GS made iphone games behave the same way..

Now other non-GS apps.. yea they can behave very differently.. but that's other tech beyond how GS operates.

Correct, it will continue to run in multi-task mode unless you actually close it in the background. If you are concerned with loosing track of scoring or whatever, that is what the "Save attribute" and "Load attribute" behaviors are for. You can keep track of high scores and any other attributes you save. Just need to load them when the game starts, or wherever you need them to load.

Thanks for the info! I just need to know how to save a complete scene setup, like in tiny tower or something. It's for a civilization type game.
