does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

i have tried redownloading it and building, but GS keeps insisting that i dont have the latest....

but i just installed it from GameSalad-Viewer-0.9.71-beta.zip

comes up fine, connects to wifi, GS keeps refusing to use this version

    Delete the viewer from your device with xcode organiser before installing the new version ?

    Yes always delete the previous viewer from your devices before installing the new one.

    I actually tend to keep a couple of previous versions on my ipad but you obviously need to change the indentifier.

    i checked the plist info in the new gamesalad viewer and it says that it is 0.9.7.1

    is deleting the app from the device not enough?

    i have updated the viewer several times before but have never had this issue

    Which version of xcode are you using to build? Not sure if that will have an effect. Spent a mammoth few hours trying to get the viewer to work on mine, eventually had to upgrade to latest xcode 4.0.2

    using xcode 4.0.2

    this makes absolutely no sense, the versions match, but still isnt working

    why doesnt the gamesalad viewer list its version under the info button inside the app?

    uninstalled gamesalad and reinstalled, still have same problem.
