Hate to rain on your parade but once chillingo finds out its made with gamesalad they wont take it. Your game has to be made in xcode or cocos2d to be published with chillingo because you have to incorporate there crystal sdk into it.
Well done on getting the attention of Chillingo - that's a nice stamp of approval for you
You could try contacting GS and see if they can release the game code to you. Apart from anything else it would be great PR for GS if a games made with their SDK started getting deals from big publishers.

@HoneyTribeStudios. I can guarentee gamesalad wont do that. Having the source code to your game is basically like having the source code to gamesalad. Hence the reason we dont get our source code.

There must be another solution that GS could offer.
Some kind of (paid) service where they add extra code on when needed? Or something else suitable.
At the moment Chillingo just want to test out Rupas's game, so it's early days. But if they wanted to go a stage further I'd really hope that GS did everything they could to make it happen for Rupas.
As we all know trying to get our games noticed on the app store is very difficult. EVen with good reviews from the main iOS sites nothing is guaranteed. So if someone has the opportunity to put the odds a bit more in their favour... it would be nice if they got some help.
Of course, I'm sure plenty of Chillingo games also get drowned in the app store sea but who here would pass up the chance if it came along?

The graphics look absolutely fantatasitc. Don't worry about Chillingo. If adventure games are good...you have a good shot at doing well on your own.
The keys for story adventures are: Good graphics (which you already have). Well tested and 99.99% bug free. The longer the better. Set it up with a mild cliffhanger ending (for a potential sequel).
Or copy it over to Cocos2d or pay someone to do it. It may cost a little, but if it does well then you'll thank yourself for ditching Gamesalad to publish a better game, maybe better load times as well.
thank you all, if I have good graphics, 99% free of errors, I've tried 100 times and still want to try again, the people who have played all absolutely everyone has been surprised, and in terms of load times, that all the game is in 3 scenes, so there is no load times, cheers
Looks lovely! There are no guarantees with Chillingo even if they do publish your game, better off publishing it yourself and establishing a customer base in the app store, and coming up with ideas for sequels!

On of the biggest publisher. Sounds not bad for me
