I have this Art Pack for sale for 2 days from now.
It's a unique character NOT Implemented anywhere.
It comes with high resolution PNGs

the price for these two days is $20
after these two days the price will be $45

    I am confused. Isn't this the same art pack that Juane was selling?

    One, the first picture is from Juane. 2, the second picture is a duck with art from Darren's new Zanda template. You should be banned for selling something that isn't yours.

    Its okay guys, justpro5 bought the mad ducks art pack from me so all the rights belong to him. He can do whatever he wants with it since he owns it now :)

    Well it is too bad to see such cool art work be whored out. Oh well, if the guy owns the rights now I guess he can do what he wants.

    Morally it may be wrong to sell this art pack on the same place from where you purchased.
    But legally it is correct he can to whatever he wants it is his property now.

    I'm not the one that steal someone's else work and put it under my name. I respect everyone's right. Because I'm also have my own games and hope that people respect my right.

    for the graphics that i took from Zenad darren games
    Darren wrote himself this quote

    for the art pack itself I bought 3 packs from Jaune and I have the full right to do whatever I want in them as I hire freelancer.
    For not to sell them here. What is the difference?
    Anyway I just want to clear this for you all. I didn't send private message to you and tell you to buy. I just put this in public for anyone to buy or to change the page. That's all.

    As an artist / designer I find the notion of using someone elses graphics abhorrant wether given permission to or not - while you might have the legal right to do so with Jaune's work, Darren has clearly said for personal use in YOUR games, not for selling to others.

    Tell you what Anyone that wants your pack containing Darrens work I'll offer to people for free....I'll redraw them myself and do them as a give away.

    Hows that sound ?

    This stands now on his site: NOTE: We have found another GS User SELLING the art from this template for $45. All Art from our templates can be used for your own games etc, but reselling the Art, Template or Music is strictly prohibited.

    You don't may resell that graphics!

    I think you misunderstand why I put two pictures .
    The picture 2 is not for sale . I put it only to demonstrate what you can do with the Mad Duck Art Pack.
    I hope this is clear now.
    I'm clearly know that Darren doesn't mean to sell these arts. That's why I put them on my own Game called Mad Duck and put a picture from the game as a sample for what you can do with this Art pack.
    I hope that i clear everything.

    I deleted the 2nd link with our Zanda art in it... it would be best in the future if you use your own art as it has clearly mislead other users.

    I don't think that the users and you who comment don't know that I put the second picture for illustration ONLY. But for me it's clear that i'm selling only the ART pack . The second picture doesn't give any impression that it's for sale. I don't know why you understand that it's for sale.
