Newbie needing help :LL

Hi im new to this game designing thing 
and i hope to make a bit of money out of it and i need some help making some of the stuff. Im using the official controller- Platform controller template. So here is what i need to do :
1. Add enemies that pursue you and shoot you with a different boss at the end of each level
2. So to break it down further i need :
a) the images for the different enemies and bosses
b) To make them pursue and shoot you but most importantly a as i need the images. Thank you all and if someone is new to this or experienced and wants to work with me on this as well then thats fine and we could share any profits we make in from the game if it sells well , oh and last i want an image for the title screen or even advice on how to make it myself
EDIT : Oh and also i want to learn how to put say droppable health to add to your health bar and different sounds for different weapons and a special weapon like a click on the screen to drop a one time nuclear bomb in each level to destroy all the enemies on screen.
