Border Around Actor

Is it possible to give different color and size of outside and inside border to an actor?
I do not want to use images. Please let me know thanks

    Constrain a smaller actor to the same x and y as a slightly bigger actor and the color of the bigger actor will be a border. Just make sure the bigger actor is behind the smaller

    Keep in mind 2 constrains per each object with a border, so if you want to do that to a bunch of stuff it would be silly not to just use images.
