HELP!! Moving with platform

I am using interpolate to make a platform move left and right, however when my actor or main character jumps on the platform, it still moves but it doesn't move with the actor. So the actor/main character keeps on falling down. It's there anyway to solve this problem so that whenever my actor/main character jumps on the moving platform, he moves with it and doesn't fall down. Can anyone help please?
