need help with downloading xcode

ok so i just purchase the 99$ membership, is this the right xcode to download,xcode 4.0.2 and ios sdk 4.3 disk image, the size is very bid 4.2 gb with my slow internet will take forever, i just one to be sure and dont waste time, also i need to install the gamesalad viewer so i can test the game on my ipod but it seems to hard for me, its safe for somebody to do it for me like with skype or similar soft, you know all the id and account information

    Yes, xcode 4.0.2 is the latest along with the sdk, is a large file I'm afraid. There is a gamesalad cookbook tutorial on how to install the viewer once you get that
