Trying a Second Update

I have made one update to my game ( a bonus rounds) and now want to update the App Store Icon using Deep Blue Apps Icon Builder. To do so I need to update the whole app.

When I go to iTunes Connect it shows the Current version and the New version. But nowhere do I see where I can produce another update.

Thoughts?
