Game Center Sandbox Delay?

Hi,
So I've added a leaderboard to my game. I can log in to Game Center. I can view the leaderboard. I apparently can post a score, I'm assuming this because I was getting an error and am not now. However it's been 6 hours and the score has not appeared on the leaderboard. Is this normal?
I watched tshirtbooths video on how to set it up and he mentions that the sandbox is slow. But is it THIS slow?
