If you have a landscape game rotate your splash 90' to the right in your image software and save a copy.
Also it should be 320x480. You can use jpgs too.

You do not need to rotate the image if your Game is a Portrait Game.
And if it is a landscape game you can Rotate it either way. The default Orientation is Landscape Left which means if you rotate it right you will be upside down. So just make sure you have checked the supported orientations correctly as well.

"If your game is Landscape then you simply need to rotate your image to the right and save it before loading it into the splash screen section of the publishing options."
Which is what I already said.
I think you're confusing GamePizza now Aaron
@GamePizza -To clarify; in the scene attributes > autorotate I have both left and right ticked. And my custom landscape is rotated 90' to the right in photoshop and then saved.
And the splash loads correctly with the ipod home button being on the right of the device. The 1st scene loads the same up as the splash.

bottom is pointed to right and top is to left?
this is not the orientation in GS Viewer
