What if you don't unpause

I was wondering.
What happens if you do not unpause but change scene?
Is this unwanted?

I have a menu where I like to unpause because it gives me a a way to have the menu still in the background. But on this scen I can go to other scenes with a change scene behaviour.
I wonder if this causes any problems.

Cheers,
Ludwig

You can test it out by making two transparent scenes.

    First scene... Regular Background
Paused scene... one actor 50% alpha
Switched scene... one actor 50% alpha

I tested it and the change scene seems to wipe out the paused scene.

I don't recommend using pause scene on top of a paused scene. Then it's like Inception. HA HA!

LOL! You might not be able to get back.

It is more that I ask myself if it would clog up memory.
Or cause other problems. Since the Pause scene is never unpaused I ask myself if this could cause a 'memory leak' of some sort.

Sorry if I didn't explain this well.

No I have used pause for Level Completion Screens before as well as using Change scene as a reset scene from inside a pause menu. I have never experience any memory issues. I have actually tried Constantly pause and change scene over and over just to see. There never has seemed to be an issue.

    Ah nice.

That hopefully excludes a cause of my sound problem.
    Thanks tenrdrmer and Photics!
