Application selling ! Question

Hello , if i have done making an application using games salad , and if i published it on appstore , so the money im gonna make , where it goes (( do i select the credit account ? And where , on appstore or gamesalad ??thank you !
Pleas i need your answers

    Youll need to buy the 99 dollar apple developer account before you can sell in the appstore. Then after you do that youll set up your bank account information with apple and your money will be deposited there.
