I think it might have to do that a lot of cool features simply do not work in HTML 5.
For example...
• BOT (the whole app) — it's too big • Arcade Action — It's the wrong size • One of my new GameSalad projects — Particles with additive coloring don't work
I think there might be some problems with sound effects. I don't know... I just stopped trying. It's pretty good what GameSalad can do with HTML 5, but it's not yet a replacement for a native app.
@photics I think all of that is true... But my two other games are build the same way(used the first game as a template to build the other ones) and there are no problems with them.

He's right. It has issues with sound effects, especially if you apply pitch. And some colors freak out and some don't. I'm wondering if the "web safe" colors are in effect here with HTML5. I don't see why they wouldn't be.
After even more stressful testing, I figured that it is the newest GS update and my png files. I was forced to use psd files and let GS convert them for me.

It's only on firefox and chrome, but in safari the controls go all crazy but the graphic are fine.

I have sent I letter to the GS team, in hope of some answers.
WTF why would my copy of GS stop working.
