Buyer/Seller Feedback?

Maybe I just missed it but is there a place for buyer/seller feedback? There are a lot of services being offered and a good amount of money changing hands, so I was wondering where people go to find out the good and the bad prior to taking on a deal.
The sellers that have stickies are obviously trusted members but what about the people that have been banned, or even just time wasters? I know that I have been contacted by people only to learn later they were banned.
Maybe there aren't enough issues to warrant something like this, so I am guessing if someone has a problem with someone, they would just post it in Misc?
