Hi, I need some help, I need to know how everybody does they're sprites/graphics. I'm new to the programing world (specifically GameSald) I’ve got the programming down pretty good. Just need to know how to do all these graphics.

    for general use, photoshop is the industry standard. some people use free alternatives like gimp.

    That's like asking how to cook... It would help to be a little bit more precise... There are various ways to do game art - pixeled, vector based, hand drawn, doodled, painted 2D art or rendered 3D art in various styles from hyper realistic to cartoony... It might help to narrow down what style you would like to do to get a helpful answer.
