Long / Random Level

I'm flowcharting out my game idea and am getting ready to start the actual development, and one question that I cant find an answer to...

The game doesnt really "end", it has achievements and whatnot, sort of like Tiny Wings, for example. I'm wondering if anyone knows how to :

a) randomize elements on a level each time the game is started
b) randomize the level/length. For example, in Tiny Wings, the levels are generated procedurally every few days, and doesnt actually "end". Is this possible in Game Salad, or should I just develop "impossible levels" that are extra long, and at some point fix the game so the player cant advance?

Instead of having an impossible level, what about setting a time limit - a player can try and get as high a score as possible in the fixed time?
