I have found the coolest thing... Joypad! And it works with Gamesalad Games :)

So I heard about this thing called Joypad an app that allows you to play games with your iPhone/iPod touch as the controller to the mac and ipad. So I have A Long Way Home for the mac and I got to play it with the joypad! With the mac client you can make custom configurations so it plays with the game correctly for each button.
