publishing server error

Hi, we have a game for iphone which is ready to publish. When we click publish, we get the error message "The Gamesalad publishing server is experiencing problems, please try later". We've tried lots of times over the last 24 hours but it's still the same message. Is the server down or is something else the issue? We checked the provisioning profile, version number and other itunes connect info and that is all correct. Any suggestions? thanks
