Help ! the program crashes when I want to publish

Hello everyone!
My English is very bad, I am native French ... :-)
I have a problem to publish. When I click "Publish", I am asked to choose between iPad and Macintosh, I can click on the buttons but after it nothing happens ...
If I click "cancel", the window does not disappear.
If I had not logged it on the login window the program crashes.
What to do !?
